Rasheed Martin, 20 was arrested in Wisconsin and extradited to Chicago after he was identified as the man who shot two people on July 4, 2015 at approximately 11:50 p.m. in the 1100 block of N. Harding. The victims were standing on the sidewalk when Martin fired shots. A 26 year old female was taken to Stroger Hospital in fair condition with a gunshot wound to the chest. A 7 year old male was shot in the chest and taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition where he was later pronounced. Martin was charged accordingly.
