On Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at approximately 9:15 P.M., a 6-year-old female and her 15-year-old sister were walking on the 4000 block of North Elston Ave, when an unknown male White Hispanic approached them while riding a red bicycle. The unknown male then exposed himself to the females and grabbed the 15-year-old by the jacket. The female was able to break free and fled. The unknown male was last seen riding his bicycle southbound on the 3900 block of North Bernard St.

This alert gave notice of recent burglaries that occurred within the boundaries of the 017th District (Albany Park) on beat 1711. In one incident, the offenders forced open the front door of the residence and took property. In the other incident, one offender knocked on the victim’s door and stated that they were there to trim the victim’s trees. When the victim escorted the offender to the backyard, another unknown offender entered the home and took property.
