This alert gives notice to citizens residing in the 2nd (Central) District of robbery related incidents during the month of August 2019. African American male offenders in a dark colored sedan have been displaying a hand gun and taking citizens wallets and back packs. These incidents have occurred during the evening hours in the general geographical locations listed below:

10 Aug 19- Community Alert - 2nd Distict Hijacking
This alert gives notice to residents of the 002nd District of recently reported Armed Vehicular Hijacking incidents. In all reported incidents, the offenders pull up in a dark colored sedan or SUV and approach the victims while armed with handguns and demand the victim’s vehicle and property. The offenders then flee.
