Morales and the juvenile were arrested after being identified as the offenders who fatally shot an 18-year-old man on November 28, 2014, at approximately 11 p.m., in the 3600 block of W. 25th St. The offenders approached the victim on the street and engaged him in a conversation when one of the offenders produced a handgun and fired shots striking the victim under the right eye.
