Hester was arrested after being identified as the offender who set fire to an apartment which resulted in the death of four people and injured two others. The fire occurred in the 8100 block of S. Essex Ave on August 23, 2016 at approximately 1:37 a.m. Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that Hester was the offender wanted and was placed into custody on September 12, 2016 on the 0 -100 block of S. Waller Ave. at approximately 11:38 a.m.
The Chicago Police Department is seeking to identify the above-pictured individual. On April 28, 2005, skeletal remains were discovered near the Metra railroad track at 13060 S. Indiana Avenue. Based on multiple factors, the remains are that of a female, white, approximately 13 to 18 years of age. This photo is based on a facial reconstruction done by the FBI and is posted on the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Website under case number 435-April-2005.
