On April 06, 2016, at approximately 8:48 p.m., the male juvenile was walking home after his basketball game. The minor reached the stairs of the CTA Green Line at Lake and Pulaski Street (S/W corner), when a dark blue vehicle with its interior light on and unknown male white driver drove alongside the curb and stopped. The unknown offender leaned over to the passenger side window which was already down and said “get in the car, get in the car, get in the car right now.” The minor was fearful and immediately went home and alerted his mother who called 911. Two weeks prior the minor encountered a similar incident in the same vicinity and believes it to be the same vehicle and the same unknown male white offender. That incident was unreported.
